Do I need planning permission?

In a word, NO: New building regulations introduced in 2010 enabled anyone to put a solid roof on a conservatory provided it adheres to certain criteria. However, any solid conservatory roof installation will need to be certified with the Local Area Building Control. 

Is a Tiled Roof suitable for my conservatory?

YES: A tiled conservatory roof uses lightweight tiles. Conservatory tiled roofs provide superior insulation and are aesthetically pleasing. How long will the process take?
